What's New From Thomas Hill Organics

It's one of the best restaurants in Paso Robles and it's celebrating a facelift of sorts.   Thomas Hill Organcs Bistro recently expanded into an adjacent space with is now the Thomas Hill Organics Wine Lounge.

The new space also means you can get into Thomas Hill right off Park street in downtown Paso Robles.  The new entrance may not seem like a big deal to some of you, but to anyone who has tried to give directions to out-of-towners, this is a great change!    Ruby Shoes Wine Club is happy to hear about the new Wine Lounge too.  If the folks at Thomas Hill Organics do their wine lounge anything like they do food, we're all in for a treat.

Chef Julie Simon says one thing that isn't changing is the distinctive dishes she serves up.   You'll still find things like Pan-Roasted Alaskan Halibut with Arugula and Carrots Salad, Cara Cara Oranges, Roasted Kumquats, Kumquat Olive Oil, Spicy Harissa, Coriander Creme Fraiche and Cumin-Spice Almonds.   "Expanding into the wine lounge space is a response to the popularity of what we've done over the years, the freshness of the ingredients and the creativity of Julie's menu." says proprietor Debbie Thomas.   She opened Thomas Hill Organics in 2009 as a way to show off locally-grown organic produce, grains and proteins, making her a leader in the now popular trend.

Looking forward to checking out the new additions and easy access at a Central Coast favorite!
